Goody directed by Zoe Lubbock

Goody is the story of a scrupulous, troubled small town girl with a painful past seeks comfort in a provisional priest with troubles of his own. The independent feature film was produced by Local Cinema Studios as part of the Get On Set Initiative from the South Carolina Film Commission and support from the University of South Carolina.

The film premiered at the Nickelodeon Theater on December 9th and since then has screened at numerous festivals including the Los Angeles Women in Film Festival.

Melissa served as the Supervising Sound Editor, Sound Designer, and Mixer on the project. The sound of the film aims to capture the often sinister nature of seemingly idyllic small-town living.
